Shipping and delivery charges are shown on check out and are calculated on the size order and your delivery zone. 

Customs, duties and taxes:

All international orders may be subject to customs or import duties as well as tax charges upon the arrival of your parcel in any country outside of the Netherlands. Please note that this cost will be the customers responsibility, which means that you will be liable for any or all import charges that may be added. These charges do vary between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details should you have any further questions or
queries.

Lead times for manufacturing is noted on each item respectively. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands using UPS express and are delivered within 5 business days. 

Apart from wallpaper samples, please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 8am-5pm on business days. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. Apart from wallpaper samples, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not include any time for processing your order. Issues such as payment authorisation and destination
customs clearance may cause delays out of our control. Should you require a special quotation for delivery please contact us on info@maisonwalls.com

For addresses within South Africa:

We deliver nationwide using The Courier Guy. Delivery will occur within 1 - 5 business days from the date of collection, depending on your location.

We accept the following payment methods on checkout: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards, Apple Pay Paypal

Please note: Maison a proudly South African company that appreciates our global clientele. As a result, you will be quoted in your local currency which will be converted to South African Rands (ZAR) upon checkout.
